Event Details

Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited at the event. Do not bring these items to the event or parking areas. All bags and items are subject to search at any time.

  • No outside food or drink, except for medical needs. Food vendors and restrooms are on site.
  • No weapons allowed, including concealed weapons (pocket knives, pocket tools, scissors, firearms, etc.)
  • No umbrellas larger than a personal umbrella of 36" or less.
  • No drones or radio-controlled aircraft.
  • No bicycles, skateboards, or other similar items.
  • No large coolers or bags.
  • No pets or animals except for service animals.

    Note: In hot weather, the airport tarmac can reach extreme temperatures that may pose a risk to service animals, so handlers should take necessary precautions.

Allowed Items

  • For personal comfort bring a hat, sun glasses, sun screen, and ear plugs, wear comfortable shoes.
  • Personal fan or umbrella (not more then 36" across).
  • Personal folder chair or blanket for comfort.
  • Strollers or small wagons for children are allowed.

Tickets

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason. Please refer to our Ticket Purchase Policy for more details:
  • Advance ticket purchases are eligible for a discounted rate. Please note that ticket prices will increase incrementally as the event date draws near.
  • Printing Tickets

    Important: Printed ticket are preferred because internet access at the event may be unreliable. If printing tickets isn't an option a mobile device may display the ticket QR codes. To ensure seamless entry, please save screenshots of all your tickets to your mobile device before arriving.

    To access ticket orders to display the QR codes, visit: https://www.magicvalleyairshow.com/tickets/orders. Login using the email address associated with the order and the order number.

  • Are children free?

    Children aged 10 and under are admitted free with a ticketed adult.

  • Are tickets good for multiple days?

    No, tickets are only valid for a single entry.

  • Can I get a refund on my tickets?

    All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Parking

  • Do I need to pay for parking?

    Yes, a Parking Pass is required for each vehicle, and must be purchased in advance for each day of the show. Parking passes will not be available for purchase at the gate. Those vehicles arriving without a parking pass will not be admitted.

  • Designated Parking Areas

    All parking areas will be on-site at the airport however there will be some walking required to get to show center, vendors, and airshow displays. All parking areas are within walking distance will have paved paths to show center.

  • Will there be transportation from the parking areas?

    All parking is located on the airport property. A free shuttle service will be available for those who need assistance getting to and from the parking areas. Please note that shuttle capacity is limited, and some walking may be required.

  • Accessible Parking

    Accessible parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please display your valid accessible parking permit, and parking attendants will direct you to the designated parking areas. There are NO handicap specific parking passes.

Food & Drink

  • Can I bring my own food?

    No outside food or drinks are allowed within the event grounds.

  • Will there be food available for purchase?

    Yes, a variety of food vendors will be onsite offering a range of options.

  • What forms of payment are accepted by food vendors?

    While some vendors may accept credit cards, it is recommended to bring cash for the quickest and easiest transactions.
